This spray dried fresh milk solid is processed in low heat to minimize protein denaturation and preserve the quality and freshness. Low heat skim milk powder has applications in infant formulas, specialty diet formulas, beverages and so on.
Preparation: Add the milk powder slowly into water and stir until the powder is dissolved. Reference ratio is 3 tablespoons (30g) per 200-250 ml of water.
Storage: Keep the bag sealed and store in a dry and cool (10°C to 25°C) environment, avoid direct sunlight.
